The prints and monoprints of sculptor and computer artist George Cramer recall the work of Karel Appel. George Cramer, who is half Potowatomie Indian, says of his work:
"I've tried to do what the futurists do - find the spirit or power within things to affect change. I try to reinvest with the dream cycle of my people."
His prints are colorful, bold, and vibrant. There is an energy that pulsates through the images, and yet there is a lyricism and spirituality that enables the viewer to experience nature and the environment.
